Original Box Art Painting by famed aviation artist, Don Greer for the Monogram Models P-51D Mustang model kit released in 1985. Has been stored flat for 20+ years and Monogram models is no longer in business. Has had a clear sheet on it protect it. Would make a great framed piece for an aviation art collector. Box art paintings are hard to come by.
Most art pieces during this time were delaminated from the art board backing so they could be put on a drum scanner to create a digital copy of the art. This is the case with this piece but will not effect framing. Size is 12”x20”
